All common systems are covered with this upgrade unit, making it ideal for Shimano,\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRace Face and Truvativ (extra conversion kit required).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe machined aluminium cups hold either full stainless steel cartridge bearings, or ceramic bearings in stainless races. These custom, Swiss made bearings are double sealed which gives much greater life span than\u0026amp;\u003cbr\u003estock units.
