As riders take a greater interest in Electric Bicycles (eBike), the demand for visibility and testing of these Pedal Assisted options have grown significantly.
We understand that deciding which bike is right for you can be incredibly confusing and a decision that shouldn’t be made lightly.
As a result, we have introduced a Demo Fleet of eBike’s for hire, to help get a taste for what Electric Bicycles are about, as well as aiding in the decision making process to help understand what eBike is right for you.

What you’ll need
To be able to rent an ebike from Alchemy Cycle Trader, you will need to provide a valid form of ID such as a Passport or Drivers Licence.
You will also need to bring with you a helmet, bike rack and appropriate clothing to ride your eBike.
If you don't have any of this equipment available we can also rent out Helmets and Car Racks.
Please Note: All bikes must be cleaned upon return or there will be an additional charge of $45 per bike. There is also an expectation that the bike is brought back in the same condition as it was hired in. Accidents however do happen, in which the ride is liable for damages to be paid for on return.

We are a stones throw from the Yarra Valley where you have a vast choice of riding tracks, under an hour from Red Hill in the Mornington Peninsula and at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges. You really are spoilt for choice to test out your Hire Bike!
