On top of our already competitive online pricing, every eligible purchase you make at Alchemy Cycle Trader earns you 2.5% back in Alchemy Credits to spend on future purchases, capped at $100.0 in Alchemy Credits per transaction.

Whether you're buying a new bike, components, apparel, accessories or nutrition, you'll automatically earn Alchemy Credits on eligible purchases to use towards your next order.

Your Alchemy Credits are added to your Alchemy Cycle Trader account once your order has been completed (please allow up to 24 hours for your credits to appear), ready to redeem the next time you shop.

Eligible purchases do not include Pre-Owned products, non-physical products or Gift Cards.

It's our way of saying thanks for choosing Alchemy Cycle Trader. The more you ride, the more you earn with Alchemy Credits.

Your Alchemy Credits balance can be viewed in several places while you're logged into your Alchemy Cycle Trader account.

You can check your balance in the following locations:

• Your account profile, displayed as "Store Credit" under payments.
• At the top of this page while viewing the Alchemy Credits information page.
• Inside your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
• During checkout, displayed as "Store Credit" under payments and can be applied to your order if desired.

As long as you're logged into your Alchemy Cycle Trader account, your Alchemy Credits balance will automatically appear in these locations, making it easy to keep track of your rewards and savings every time you shop.

Once you've earned Alchemy Credits through your purchases at Alchemy Cycle Trader, they're automatically added to your Alchemy Cycle Trader account as store credit.

When you're ready to use them:

1. Log into your Alchemy Cycle Trader account.
2. Add the items you want to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Your available Alchemy Credits balance will appear automatically and can be applied to your order. If you don't use your full balance, any remaining Alchemy Credits will stay on your account for your next purchase.

Alchemy Credits work just like store credit, making it easy to save on your next order.

There's nothing extra you need to do. Ride, earn and save.

Note: If your Alchemy Credits balance isn't appearing correctly at checkout, it may simply need a quick refresh. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top corner of the checkout, select Switch account, then log back into your Alchemy Cycle Trader account. This will refresh your account and your available credit balance should display correctly. Please allow up to 24 hours for Alchemy Credits to appear after your order has been completed.

Yes. Your Alchemy Credits will remain in your Alchemy Cycle Trader account until you choose to spend them.

When you decide to use your Alchemy Credits at checkout, your available balance can be applied to your order. Any unused balance will remain on your account for a future purchase.

Please note that Alchemy Credits must be used within 12 months of the date they were earned. After this time, any unused Alchemy Credits will expire.

This gives you plenty of time to build up your rewards balance and put it towards your next bike, components, apparel, accessories or nutrition purchase.

The Alchemy Cycle Trader Alchemy Credits program is designed to reward customers for shopping with Alchemy Cycle Trader. By participating in the Alchemy Credits program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Earning Alchemy Credits

1.1 Customers earn 2.5% back in Alchemy Credits on eligible purchases made through Alchemy Cycle Trader, capped at $100.0 in Alchemy Credits per transaction.

1.2 Alchemy Credits are issued as store credit and are added to your Alchemy Cycle Trader account once your order has been completed. Please allow up to 24 hours for Alchemy Credits to appear in your account.

1.3 Eligible purchases include physical products sold by Alchemy Cycle Trader. Alchemy Credits are not earned on Pre-Owned products, non-physical products (including services where applicable), Gift Cards, shipping charges, taxes, or any other items specifically excluded by Alchemy Cycle Trader. Additional exclusions may apply from time to time and will be communicated where applicable.

1.4 Alchemy Credits are only earned on the amount paid using new funds. Any portion of an order paid for using Alchemy Credits or any other store credit does not earn additional Alchemy Credits.

2. Redeeming Alchemy Credits

2.1 Alchemy Credits can be redeemed at checkout and function as store credit to reduce the total cost of eligible products. Alchemy Credits cannot be redeemed towards excluded products, Gift Cards, shipping charges or any other excluded fees.

2.2 Any unused Alchemy Credits balance will remain on your account until redeemed or expired in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2.3 Alchemy Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

3. Expiry

3.1 Alchemy Credits expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

3.2 Any unused Alchemy Credits remaining after the expiry period will automatically expire and be removed from your account without notice.

4. Returns, Refunds & Order Adjustments

4.1 If an order that earned Alchemy Credits is cancelled, refunded or returned, Alchemy Cycle Trader reserves the right to remove or adjust the Alchemy Credits associated with that purchase.

4.2 If Alchemy Credits or any other store credit are used to pay for an order and those credits are subsequently cancelled, reversed, adjusted, expire or are otherwise determined to have been applied incorrectly, Alchemy Cycle Trader reserves the right to recover the outstanding balance relating to that order.

4.3 Where an outstanding balance exists, Alchemy Cycle Trader may withhold or adjust any refund, exchange, warranty claim, replacement order or future transaction until the balance has been paid. We may also contact you to arrange payment of any amount owing.

5. Program Changes & Administration

5.1 Alchemy Cycle Trader reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Alchemy Credits program at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Alchemy Cycle Trader reserves the right to adjust, deduct or cancel Alchemy Credits from any account where it reasonably believes credits have been earned or redeemed incorrectly, including but not limited to pricing errors, refunds, fraudulent activity, system errors or misuse of the program.

6. General

6.1 Alchemy Credits have no monetary value outside of Alchemy Cycle Trader and may only be redeemed on purchases made through Alchemy Cycle Trader.

6.2 Participation in the Alchemy Credits program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

6.3 Alchemy Cycle Trader reserves the right to interpret, apply and administer these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
