If it's time to flush out the old oil in your brakes or you need to bleed the system to rid it of pesky air bubbles, Shimano's mineral oil brake fluid is what you need. Mineral Oil is much safer for use than Avid Dot 5.1 fluid, and will not strip the paint off the frame of your bike.
Pushys Tip: When servicing your Shimano brakes, only use Shimano approved mineral oils to increase the life of your components.
